Your sister is out of line with throwing things back in your DH's face & making your marriage more difficult. BUT let's say he was abusive to you. That's not something that would be easy to get over. While it's not her place to make the decision or instigate a situation in your marriage, I'm hesitant to just accept that she's "the problem here"/
But if I'm pretending your marriage was strained, things sucked for a while, you are repairing your marriage & you are physically & emotionally healthy,
I'd sign my daughter up for dance in the school district she will eventually attend.
I'd rather her make friends in her own school & I'd rather socialize with the parents of my dd's friends vs someone who was not willing to forgive crappy moments in my marriage (with the caveat that he's stopped the behavior you had an issue about).
