Anyone leave teaching for a corporate job?

I am interested in content development and consulting and have recently been contacted by a company.

If you left teaching for a job in the corporate world (or vice versa), can you share with me the pros and cons? What do you miss most about teaching (minus summer vacation)? What do you like most about your new position? What do you like the least about your position?
