Breakfast ideas
french toast souffle - you can make it the night before and just bake the morning of if you aren't opposed to prepackaged items - I saw pumpkin waffles in the store - they were pretty good. maybe some meat - bacon/sausage. Rachel Ray has a recipe for maple breakfast sausage - they are very easy. It calls for pork, I used ground chicken and it came out good too.
RR Sausage
Monkey bread:
2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon biscuits 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar ¾ cup butter or margarine, melted ½ cup chopped walnuts and/or ½ cut raisins if desired
? Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with cooking spray ? Mix the brown sugar and melted butter together in a measuring cup. It will make it easier to pour. ? Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces. Then roll into a ball. ? Pour 1/4th the brown sugar and butter into the bottom of the pan and add the dough balls. Top with the last 3/4th of the butter mixture. ? Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto a plate; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.
? You can also use individual fluted pans. They will cook faster and everyone gets their own!

I would add some kind of meat - bacon or sausages. I would save some time though and just buy that. You can always doctor up the bacon and brush some maple syrup on it before cooking in the oven.

I was also going to suggest Monkey Bread, Bacon and Sausage. I always cook bacon in the oven and it comes out great and there is no mess!
