Nut allergy families

I got this from a friend who used to work for Kraft:

FB Friends with Nut allergies - All Post cereals except Fruity Pebbles is now manufactured on a line with nuts. While they do clean, they can't guarantee no cross-contamination. When the cereals were under Kraft they were nut-free, but that is no longer the case. Just passing along this info..

I know! Did you know you can order a bunch of Canadian products on Peanut Free Planet ? It doesn't really help us since DS is also dairy/egg allergic, but in the candy section they have mainstream stuff like Kit Kats, Mars bars, Smarties (the Canadian ones are like M&Ms)

Re: Nut allergy families

Thank you! This stinks because now DS can't eat some of his favorite cereals.

yes i totally know about that site never took advantage of it though, it's burdensome i guess to have to buy things like that online but i guess if it got bad enough (aka not finding anything dd could eat/liked that was peanut free) then i would

Re: Nut allergy families

It's crazy that products that were once peanut free are now not.
