Party hero and other catering questions :-)
Even though I am so familiar with eating the hero, I have some logistical questions.
Party is 85 adults and 20 children
I was going to do pasta, a few hot trays, andHeros
I was thinking 3 full pasta trays
2 trays of sausage and peppers
2 chicken trays
Not sure how many feet of heros.
How many slices to a foot? Like 5?
How many slices would you buy pp?
What kind of trays of chicken should I get?

We just got a 4ft hero and there was about 28-30 slices.
For that many people I might do 2 heros 5 or 6 ft each
