HELP! I need to lose 5 lbs. in a week!
My best friend's wedding is next Sunday. When we bought our bridesmaid's dresses I had been working out consistently and planned on losing another few pounds. I had my fittings and all, but then I fell off the bandwagon and I've gained my weight right back. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to fit into the dress properly for next weekend.
I don't need to lose much, but I need to try to get rid of the extra bloat and maybe about 5 lbs in total (at most). I know it's not the healthiest thing to do, but does anyone have a good detox or crash diet plan that they swear by??

Do cardio and sweat your ass off or maybe a sauna if your not into cardio. Totally temporary fix

whats green juice?
Veggie juice! A good one would be something like Spinach, Kale, Cucumber, Apple and Ginger.

For me it would be no carbs, lots of veggies and fruits, and high intensity workouts (not long cardio but 30 min of circuit) with Core.
I was invited to a Christmas party in exactly 1 month from now and just tried on a dress that I wore 13 years ago. It fits but I can stand to fix up my tummy area and tone my arms in the next 4 weeks, so will be doing the above, especially the no carbs 2 weeks prior!

Just an update - I decided to do a motified version of the South Beach diet. I've cut out all sugar completely, and all carbs throughout the day EXCEPT for at dinner - at dinner I allow myself a very small amount of carbs (either rice or some other starch) measuring out no more than 1/3 cup. Drinking only water and coffee (with 1% milk only). And I'm carefully controlling my sodium intake. The first day was hard but now it's not so bad. I've been doing this since Saturday and in 3 days I've already lost 2.5 lbs.
