New puppy
Just got a new dog...
8 week old male Siberian Husky.
Adorable, good sleeper (in crate), playful....
BUT has a bad case of diarrhea.
any help? suggestions?

New puppy
My Sam came home from the shelter with a some diarrhea...a result of antibiotics he was getting from an infection...but there could be many causes...
Did he get any meds before taking him home?
Change in his puppy food?
Also, could be the stress of a new situation...
I'd keep an eye on and see if he's eating/drinking and if he gets more solid on his next potty break... IF not, call the shelter/vet and begin to ask questions.
Congrats on the pup! What is his name? Pics???

Boiled rice is good for an upset stomach in dogs and puppies.

New puppy
Check for worms in his poop. My friend got a husky and at 8w had the runs and it was worms. It's common. If he continues to have the runs call the vet may need to be checked out so the little guy doesn't get dehydrated.
