Quick question about chicken enchiladas
I forgot to cook the chicken before mixing it all and have it all in the tortilla. I have to bake it for 45 minutes. Will the chicken cook and be ok to eat?

Quick question about chicken enchiladas
Wait is it raw chicken? You mixed raw chicken and stuffed the tortilla? I wouldn't eat it because I'm paranoid about cooking chicken properly and whatnot.

I would have cooked it in a little more liquid and covered for maybe 45 minutes then uncovered for 15/20 minutes
