How do you bottle feed your twins?

I know this seems like a silly question, but I am starting to have some issues in figuring out how to "position" my 8 month old twins for bottle time.

We typically put one in a bouncer seat and one in the infant to toddler rocker, but the problem is, they are rapidly outgrowing the bouncer seat.

They don't really hold their own bottles (why would you if someone will do it for you? Chat Icon) and dont seem to get the "sit up and drink a bottle without tipping over" thing.

So I was curious where you sit your twins, or how you handle bottle feedings when at home since I'm feeling dumb and can't figure this out lol.

thanks!

another twin mom told me when my boys get older to put them in their high chairs (recline a little if you need to) and feed them using a podee. this way you have both hands free and can burp when needed...and best of all enjoy a meal yourself while they have their bottles!

ive been using the podee with my 1 month old twins for middle of the night feedings. i hold one and prop the other with the boppy pillow.

eta...podee is great for when they cant hold their own bottles.

At 8 months old I bet they would figure it out if you laid them on the floor.

this seems the most straight forward so i'll be trying this at the next bottle time... duh, put baby on floor! My brain apparently likes to overcomplicate things :)

I agree... i liked putting them in their boppies on the floor where I could sit and hold both bottles.

This is what I did. I leaned against the couch to support my back and angled a Boppy toward me on both sides and held the bottles like that.

When they were newborns, 1 would be on my lap; the other on the couch next to me.

Once they were 6mo+, I put them on the floor. They learned to hold their bottles around 9mo.
