Pork Tenderloin
What recipe do you use?
I have a 2 1/2 lb pork tenderloin that I want to make for dinner tonight. I thought about stuffing it with Broccoli Rabe and maybe mozzarella cheese and then wrapping the top with some bacon??
Please share your recipe.

Re: Pork Tenderloin
I do it a few ways.
Here are some:
I put soy sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper and rub it on both sides. A put a little water in the bottom of the pan and slice onions, potatoes and carrots and place around it. I baste it every 30 mins.
Another way,
I bought duck sauce and I just sauce both sides and bake.
I put spicy mustard on it with pepper, rub on both sides and bake.
I bake it at 400 degrees.
I like your way too, sounds delicious.

Re: Pork Tenderloin
I did this last week and it was really good, tender, and easy!

I made skewers out of tenderloin and put them on the BBQ last night and liked this one, too. You could probably put it on a whole tenderloin and then sear and cook like in the recipe before. It also works great with chicken!

I like this one too. I make my own hoisin sauce for it.

Hope that helps!

Wait, a 2 1/2 lb pork tenderloin? Does that even exist? Do you mean pork loin?

Thanks for the recipes! When it was packaged it looked like it was one piece. I had no idea it was actually 2. So it was 2 1/2 lbs combined.

Re: Pork Tenderloin
I make a paste of olive oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, and salt and pepper. You mix it in a bowl then spread it in the meat, and cook.
