Re: Pork Tenderloin Recipe
i made this recipe last week and it was really good!!
place pork tenderloin in a roasting pan (salt and pepper roast) cut up one apple and one onion and place araound roast add about 1/4 cup of apple cider to pan add a can of whole cranberry sauce
i also cut up some sweet potatoes and cooked them with the tenderloin!!
bake on 350 degrees-covered for the first 20 minutes then uncover and continue to cook 40-45 minutes!
when it's done the apples, cranberry and onion make like a fruit compote and you eat it on top of the tenderloin instead of gravy!!
this came out delish!! DH just loved it!!

Re: Pork Tenderloin Recipe
I like the marinated smithfield pork tenderloins. They come in a two pack in an assortment of marinades, garlic herb, teryaki etc...
Cooking instructions are on the package.
I just saw that you already have the tenderloin. I would rub it with garlic, olive oil & herbs. (rosemary, oregano, etc..) And roast at 350 until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Just wanted to thank you. I made this tonight and it was fantastic. It was far better than the stuffed pork roasts I usually buy at Uncle G's for $8.99 a pound. In fact, I bought the roast itself at Unlce G's this morning and I almost went with the stuffed one until I thought about this recipe. Thanks again. I will be making this in the future.

Re: Pork Tenderloin Recipe
I know its late, but here's one that we make all the time:
1 pork tenderloin 1 jar of currant jelly 1/2 tsp. of ground mustard several tablespoons of cider vinegar potatoes
put the pork tenderloin and potatoes (quartered) into a roasting pan. Bake at 350 for about 2 hours.
About 30 minutes before pork is done, put jelly, mustard, and vinegar into a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Brush onto pork about 3 or 4 times within the last 30 minutes of cooking. Reserve the rest of the jelly mixture for the meal.
When pork is done, remove from oven and slice into thin strips. Serve with remaining jelly sauce and potatoes.
