Blood pressure
I had a Dr. appointment yesterday, for a regular physical. Was told my BP was slightly elevated, but nothing to really worry about. This morning, DH and I had exams for life insurance - and my BP was quite a bit lower and fully within the normal range. (Both BPs were taken in the morning, before I ate anything). There was nothing in particular going on yesterday morning that would have raised my BP. Is this "normal" for BP to be different 2 days in a row? Does BP normally fluctuate, or is it usually a more constant number?

Re: Blood pressure
Yep it can fluctate. Did you eat anything high in sodium the day before maybe? Anything stressful going on? Sometimes just being at the Dr office can give some people what they call "white coat high blood pressure"
