I need a weekly workout plan
Last summer I was doing SO well working out and running, but unfortunately a knee injury stopped me in my tracks in October. My wedding is coming up in September and I'm determined to be back in shape. I need to lose about 10 lbs and tone. My stomach, butt, and upper arms are my most troublesome areas (my upper arms are VERY thick and need to be slimmed and toned). The only cardio that I can do is the stationary bike (low impact because of my knee).
Right now I do 30 minutes on the bike 5 days a week. I do the Ab Ripper X workout 4 days a week after the bike. And I do a leg circuit 3 days a week. I feel like I need to be incorporating arms more but I just don't feel like I have the time. I also recall from last summer that after about 2 months I stopped seeing progress because I think my workout became too routine. I work out at home, not in a gym, so I dont have unlimited resources to machines. Can anyone give me a good work out plan that will target my trouble areas??

change up your bike routine. do HIIT on the bike! I'm not familiar with the ab ripper, but what if you did that 2 times instead of 4, and do some free weights 2 days after bike? Also diet is key.
