Has anyone been? How is it? Most importantly, is it clean?

My friend has been going there for a few years and loves it. Not sure about the clean part but I'm sure she wouldn't go if it was dirty. I'm going to probably try it next week, I could let you know.

I don't go there, but have been practicing this style of yoga for several years.

The studio I go to is exceptionally clean.

I have not heard anything bad about any of the Bikram/hot yoga studios here on LI in terms of cleanliness.

Even though you will sweat a lot, it's not a gross or dirty sweat as you will soon learn.

Thanks so much! I actually practiced quite regularly when I lived in NJ, I just haven't been to any studios in LI yet. Where is your studio located?

I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa. Pretty far from Setauket, but I'd highly recommend to anyone else in the area looking to check out the practice.

They follow the traditional Bikram sequence and most of the teachers have done the training with Bikram himself.

Our floor is a rubber, yoga-mat type material.

I have heard some studios have carpeting and I am trying to picture that not becoming gross and smelly.

I go there and to yoga flex in commack

I love both places

I also love the bikram in RVC
