Ranch chicken burgers
I made ranch chicken burgers tonight, it was so easy and tasty. My 5 year old even loved them.
1 pound ground chicken
1 package ranch salad dressing mix (powder like hidden valley)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs.
Mix, form, cook, eat!
DS didnt even ask for ketchup on them.
If anyone has other chicken burger recipes to share, feel free!
Eta: my friend just suggested this: if you get a packet of guac seasoning and mix it with ground chicken it tastes delish too!

I don't think she was saying there is anything wrong with ketchup, just that they were so good that the burgers didn't need them.

Yes, that's what I was saying. And even my 5 year old ate them without ketchup. Feel free to use ketchup or anything else in them. But they were juicy and tasty on their own!
ETA: My friend made them for his two girls (3/7) both loved them too (no ketchup)

I make ones similar i just add veggies to it chopped up, like spinach or peppers

I'm trying them tonight. The meat was really sticky when I was forming them but they are cooking right now and smell good!
ETA - Verdict by DH and DS was that they were OK at best. I liked them a lot though.
