Restaurant Suggestions - Eastern Nassau/Western Suffolk
Was going to reserve at Prime but looks like the only open slots are 6p, 615p and 930p for this Saturday (according to Opentable).
Any other suggestions? Open to any cuisine except seafood rests and tapas-like places.

I was going to suggest Swallow in Huntington but it is all small plates. And you def need a reservation cause its tiny
ETA - Hudson Mill in Massapequa is great. We have been there a few times and never had any compliants.
