I have a VERY embarassing exercise question
I take aerobics classes at my gym. But I find that when I do lots of jumping around, like jumping jacks, I expel gas. It's really embarassing...I tried taking a Phazyme pill an hour before class, but that didn't really help. Does this happen to anyone? Any suggestions?

working out moves the GI tract so gas is pushed out..happens to a lot of pple especially when ur contorting in different positions (pilates/yoga) it is embarrassing so i try not to eat/drink prior to working out

It actually happend to my yoga instructor as she was demostating a shoulder stand position, so basically we were all staring at her @ss when she did it.
She just said excuse me & moved on with her explanation.
