BBQ for around 15-20 adults

How does this sound....

Appetizers:
Salsa & chips
Bruscetta on toasted bread
Beer-sauce cooked cocktail franks
Stromboli

Sausages
Peppers, onions (rolls & prov cheese)
Grilled portabellas & asparagus
Grilled chicken cutlets
Grilled shrimp skewers
Pasta Caprese Salad
Grilled Baby Potatoes (tosses in s&p, garlic, rosemary)
corn-tomato-avocado salad

Dessert:
Brownies of some sort (cheesecake, Peanutbutter or caramel filled)
Cheesecake stuffed strawberries (I'll serve on a cold platter)
Fruit dip
chocolate Heath cake

What else? I want the food to be heat-friendly, incase it sits out a little, if people arrive later.
I kept it so Italian, should I mix it up?

i would add another meat, like burgers, and another side... the corn salad sounds good to me!

Since you have a lot of tomato going on in the other dishes, I might opt for a different veg side, maybe a cuke salad. Or a cold rice salad with peas!

Do you have a cud salad you love? (pref no mayo?). I've actually never made one.

Yes! This one
Cucumber Salad

So easy and very foolproof. You don't even have to boil it. And I don't add the dill.

That sounds good. How much do you typically make?

It really depends on the size of the crowd and your other sides. I think I usually figure about 3 people per large seedless cucumber, or 2 people per smaller cucumber. The good thing is that it keeps very well and is easy to prep if you use a mandoline, so for 15-20 ppl, I would probably use 6-7 large cukes or 8-10 smaller ones. We love it though, so I know everyone will eat a lot of it!

LOL...I probably can eat the whole thing! So I guess no worries if I make too much.
Thank you!
