bicycling trails
I just got a new bike and am not comfortable riding on streets, unless it is very early in the morning. Any suggestions on places to go. I am VERY inexperienced with biking, but want to get better. Can you ride a bike in Eisenhower park? I know cedar creek has the bike trail to jones and the bike trail in Bethpage park.

Also Caumsett...2.5 mile loops. You can also ride up to Lloyd Neck from huntington Village to add some. It's road, but it's 35 mph (pretty strictly enforced) and no lights.
