Boys only birthday party

I want to have DS' first birthday party where he invites friends from school. There were a bunch of parties last year where DS wasn't invited because they were mani/pedi parties, etc. (girls only) Is there a boy only style party? I can see how it can save a ton of money and also DS would love a party that is a little "rough and tumble"

Location near Lindenhurst if possible

Not very close to Lindenhurst, unfortunately, but my kids love to have and go to parties at The Sports Arena in St. James.

Bounce houses can be boys only. Some karate schools have b-day parties. There are generic "party places" that will set up their place for whatever theme you want (cars/trucks, pirates, jungle, etc)

There is a chain, Sportstime, there is one in Bethpage and they will do a sports themed party with three different sports.

Also: movies, mini golf, bowling

I am having a lego party at my house. It is boys only except for my dd and an irish twin friend who will be there for DD to play with.

I am not out where you live so no suggestions of something locally but I did a boys only party this year (except 2 girl cousins). I did Laser Tag. Almost every party DS got invited to was all boys this year (he is 8). Most were at sports places or laser tag.

DS likes his parties at the local batting cages or sport facility.
