How long after you stop exercise....
do you start getting flabby again? My girlfriend says if she does not exercise over the weekend, she gets flabby. Does it happen THAT fast?

Is she thin? She probably just gets bloated. Physiologically it's about 4-6 weeks.

How long after you stop exercise....
Depends how much muscle the person has and for how long. Not possible after 4-6 weeks if the person has substantial muscle mass. If there is 'Flab' over it or the person is skinny fat, it definitely can happen faster but not over the weekend...

How long after you stop exercise....
I would think it would take longer than a few days, but everyone is different. I went away for a week and after eating so poorly for a week my body changed. I was definitely a little more flabby and my toned stomach did not look so toned after as well. So I think for some people it can be quick. I also lost that flab quick though too, so I'm thinking it was mostly bloat I was seeing.

Thanks everyone. I think she doesn't understand bloating over getting flabby. She is not young either so not sure why she doesn't know how her body works either. lol.
