Eggs, eggs and more eggs ;-(
There is gluten free bread that i'll have with peanut butter. Protein shake with nuts, veggies and sometimes on the weekends GF pancakes.

GF plain oatmeal made with water and then I add either banana, nuts and brown sugar or agave nectar OR I add dried cranberries, nuts and brown sugar.

Eggwhite wrap with turkey on GF wrap.

Eggs with GF toast (I like the Udi's brand)

Smoothies, either protein ones or fruit and veggie smoothie.

I really don't need to be GF or dairy free but I try and make my diet at least 95%. I have dairy in the form of cheese, but I only add it to my eggs or if I want a slice of pizza. For milk, we have almond milk in the house.

My DD has a dairy allergy but this is a lot of what she eats. There is also dairy free butter.

Eggs made different ways
Gluten free oatmeal with different toppings and non-dairy milk
Green smoothies
Put chia seeds and hemp seeds in non-dairy milk. Let soak for a few m
iinutes. Add desired toppings.
Quinoa can be used as a breakfast cereal.
Non-dairy yogurt with toppings
Gluten free muffins ( I have recipes, if needed)
Homemade granola made with gluten free oats and non-dairy milk.

I have an intolerance to Eggs too; so I try not to eat them.

For Breakfast I usually have Rice Chex with Blueberries and crushed Walnuts w/ Coconut Milk.

On the weekends; I will have a slice of GF Raisin Bread w/ butter. Or a GF Waffle.

I try not to eat GF breads every day; because I feel there are so many different starches in them; they have more carbs than regular bread; and sometimes not worth eating.
