Ultrasound guided breast needle biopsy
I went to medical arts radiology in plainview. It was pretty painless just didnt like hearing anything.. If I had to have this done again, I'd bring headphones. The sound of the needle makes you feel like its going to be way worse! Good luck!

Re: Ultrasound guided breast needle biopsy
I had 2 done by a breast surgeon at his office. I saw Dr. David Kaufman in Bethpage. Highly recommend him and his whole office. The procedure was easy, it was the waiting for results that was nerve racking.

Ultrasound guided breast needle biopsy
I had it done at the carol Baldwin breast center in stony brook. I wasnt really painful. I just felt the needle moving and that was uncomfortable. I did bruise pretty badly though. I was told not to lift anything for a day and that was nearly impossible with a one and a half year old. Good luck

Ultrasound guided breast needle biopsy
I had it done at the breast center at Good Sam. It really wasn't bad - I was so nervous going into it, but happily surprised at how little discomfort there really was (and I am the biggest baby ever when it comes to anything with needles). I did use my ipod, which I think helped me focus on something other than what was happening. Used an ice pack on and off that day and felt fine by the next day
