Burner King Recs
Want to convert to gas - got a good estimate from Burner King.
Looking for feedback from anyone who has used them? Did you like them?
How was the equipment they installed?
Have you had any problems since you converted?

Burner King Recs
They have great prices but awful customer service.
Everytime we have a service call they send 3 dopes before we finally get a tech that is competent.

Burner King Recs
We used them to convert earlier this year. The installation went great and they were very neat and careful about tracking in dirt and cleaning up etc. We haven't had any reason to call them for a service call, so I cannot yet comment about that

Same - although I absolutely should have our burner serviced as we converted a few years ago .......nothing wrong ....but I like to have it done to be safe
