Sorry u r goin through this. Im currently getting estimates on converting gas n i heard that burner king is the cheapest but i did not see good reviews on them. I hope they fix this problem asap!

I almost used them for a job years ago, but they made promises to us that they did not keep and acted as if we were bothering them. We didn't t use them for our big job because they left us with such a bad impression.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. I think I'm going to have to go with someone else at this point. Their customer service is horrible. If you google them they have some bad reviews on BBB. The may be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I've left several messages with no response. Go figure.
I hope you are able to resolve your issue soon.
