acorn squash

I brought 2 acorn squash and plan on baking them with brown sugar and butter. My question is what else should I make with it. Chicken? If so how would you make the chicken?

I honestly think anything...fish, chicken, sausages, steak.

I roast mine with just a little evoo, salt & rosemary. Tastes a lot like butternut squash (if you've had it before)

I would do pork if you are going the sweet route with your acorn squash.
