My favorite one is one I got from Pampered Chef. I have several others that just don't bake my cookies as well....especially the pressed ones.

I use Silpat on my cookie sheets. I just have generic ones that are adjustable.

These : Williams & Sonoma Jelly Roll Pan
I use them with silpats.
These are heavy - but don't warp and they bake evenly.

I got mine on amazon. Loooooooove them. A must have for baking.

I have Chicago Metallic cookie sheets and a few baking pans and I really like them. They have held up really well and I use them a lot.
