IVF approval - GHI

Let me start by saying I have a REAL good gut feeling about this cycle.

But if I'm wrong... On to IVF. I have now met GHI requirement of 6 iui's... But what else do I need? I would like to be proactive and get approved NOW so if I unfortunately get AF I can hit the ground running. I'm going to call the office Monday - but just wanted to hear what you all had to do.

Also - I have 5 Gonal f 900 pens... Would I need more? 9 days of 15O got me 8 mature follies if that helps.

I think those 5-900 pens will be enough. Dr. Brenner might just increase your dose a bit and add in repronex or menopur.

Not that you'll need any of it when this cycle works!

I used about 4 pens last IVF cycle. You should be fine with 5. Last cycle I was on 300 of Gonal F and 150 Menopur for 11 days.

I hope this cycle works for you and you don't even need to think about IVF.

I think for IVF they wanted to know when my last HSG was but not certain on that. My REs office sent in the request for approval and then we got approved like a week later. I also got a letter in the mail saying I was approved.
