I'm in flats pretty much all the time.
And by flats, I mean Converse, Docs or some other flat boot. Not big on ballerina flats, though I have a couple of pairs that aren't too blah.
I have some heels...all between 2 1/2 - 3" but I don't wear them to work...just like, weddings and stuff.
Heels = uncomfy for me. And when I'm not comfortable, everyone around me is uncomfortable from my b!tching and moaning.
It's really a service to society that I stick with comfortable shoes.

But in the past few years I have started to LOVE my height and I will rock heels 3 to 3.5 inches. That is usually my limit because that puts me at 6 feet tall.
Also, heels higher than that are SUPER uncomfy rather than just uncomfy!
I don't like how I look in low heels anymore and I absolutely will NEVER ever wear a flat. I tried, I did, but it was frump city.
Heels are magic. They make you stand up straighter, make you look thinner (well, at least I feel like they do, maybe it's just because I'm standing up straighter!), give you a little sway to your walk. Magic. All around!
This is so true! I wear flats to work most days but if I'm having a bad day, I throw my favorite pair on. I always feel a little sexier/happier!

I'm 6'1" and 4" is probably my favorite heel height. I'll wear up to 6".
I don't do flats or low heels. It's gotten to the point that I have trouble walking in low heels.

I absolutely LOVE high heels, and I am 5'10'',
but arthritis has taken over and I can no longer manage high heels. I can do 2-3/4 inches max for special occasions.
For work I wear mainly flats or kitten heels.

I love heels, but the most I will go is 4". It also depends on the outfit you are pairing them with.

I'm a flat-medium girl but it's only because I'm really tall. If I was shorter I'd definitely go higher.
Same, I'm 5'9 and have a complex with being taller than people  , so it's always flats and flip flops in the warmer weather

Heels approx 4" or so or sneakers or flat boots. I don't do reg flats and low heels look like grandma to me.
I have foot issues and a heel actual makes my foot feel better
