Booster Seat (backless) age?
At what age does a child no longer need this booster seat? My daughter is 7 42 lbs.

Booster Seat (backless) age?
It's not age, it's when they pass the five step test that the belt fits correctly to not cause injury in a crash.

Booster Seat (backless) age?
In NY it's a law that they have to be in a booster until they reach their 8th birthday. I also believe the rec. is for 80lbs, so you have a long way to go if she only ways 43lbs.

This is best practice and the current recommendation.
The law is outdated, but in NYS it is until they are 8 years of age.

Booster Seat (backless) age?
DD is 6- I am not sure her weight but she is well over 50 lbs and very tall. She is still in the backless booster. At 42 lbs I think your DD is too small to be out of the booster.
