My MIL does Christmas Eve -chicken parm and raviolu for the non fish eaters -shrimp parm -fried sole -lobster tails -fish salad -shrimp cocktail -linguini with white clam sauce
I host my dads side here for brunch on Christmas day -French toast casserole -spinach and potato frittata -crumb cake -bagles, rolls cream cheese etc. -fresh fruit platter -Christmas cookies :)
Dinner at my moms we are having turkey dinner since its all of our favorites and my mom was out of town at my sisters for thanksgiving turkey mashed potato turnips peas sweet potato casserole rolls
Christmas cookies and probably a chocolate cake for dessert.

Christmas Eve here:
apps: spinach dip bowl cheese and crackers veg crudite
dinner: ham buttered noodles corn casserole some type of green veggie salad
dessert: slice and serve cookies LOL (we're not big dessert eaters) snowball cookies (just for me - they're my favorite!!)
eta: I think I may just cater it. I'll still do the cookies.

It is just me, DH and DS for Christmas Day (we host a dessert open house that starts around 4)...
DH has requested prime rib. Will probably do mushrooms, roasted cauliflower, sauted green beans and mashed potatos. Nothing too crazy...gotta save room for the dessert(ssssssssssssssssssssss)
