If the class takes a collection for the teacher ...
Do you also give your own gift?
We collected $15 per child

Someone asked this 5 posts down. I buy an extra gift. This year they collected $5 per kid... I heard they gave her a purse.  I just ran to the Starbucks drive thru and picked up a $15 GC.

Yes I do. My teachers have been fabulous and the collection is rather small for the entire year.

yes. i gave 10 for the class gift and gave an ornament and a scarf in addition.
