i am so confused now. first I google star exemption and printed an application that was 2 pages and now i went to that link and printed out a different application. Which one is it...i am a first time homeowner

Call 311 they should be able to walk you through it. I am in the City of White Plains so I had to mail mine directly to them- it was just a few months ago and I cannot recall if the application was one page or two- is it possible there is a new application for 2014?

My mom wound up doing it over the phone. She told them she didn't have a computer. She actually called to be sure she could still file because the filing date originally ended on 12/31/13 but they extended it.
