IN such a funk!
Anyone else? I really cannot shake this. I have been miserable for well over a week now. Supposed to be having my transfer next week and i feel like the world is working against me. I want to stay positive, i guess after three times its just so hard!!!!

Yes I got a BFN so this unmonitored cycle failed AGAIN and I'm sick as a dog right now. Trying to beg my DH to takeoff and stay home with me another day lol

Everything about this process sucks! There are times I truly feel like a lab rat. I think the lack of control is the hardest part to deal with. If you need to take a little time to be in a funk, then do that. Trying to force yourself to be positive when you're not there yet is exhausting.
Do you have an outlet for the emotional funk? I've recently started doing hot yoga and I find that it really helps my emotional out look. I think it's because I'm just so physically and mentally exhausted at the end of the class, that I just don't have the energy to fixate on my negative thoughts.

I totally understand I was going to start doing iui and I had a kidney stone flare up so I am waiting to all of these is done to start ttc again

Yes, feel same way. between work- terrible time to be a teacher, and the stress of a cancelled cycle etc. I lost it this weekend and broke down in tears. Its draining and trying my best but IVF and infertility SUCK!!

I agree, I am a therapist jn EI so my world is all about babies…..sucks.

Yup I'm right there with you. AF is in full force. Not cycling is a nice break but I also feel like I'm not being proactive and wasting time. Work is impossible and everything stinks. Winter needs to end! Cranky is an understatement for me.

Im in the same boat as you - just can't shake the underlying blues. My strategy right now is not to beat myself up and go with it......I have tried super positive before, I have tried acupuncture, I have tried so many "If I do this it will happen" things that this time, I think I will just do my medicine and show up, get my transfer and that's it. Enough with the self pressure of trying to figure out the secret code. There is none. Just need to keep showing up. God that all sounded totally depressing but it just feels real. No rainbows and sunshine over here!!!

Positivity does not get you pregnant so wallow away...but being negative doesn't help either  so have some wine and get some hope back!
