I use it to make stew in the crockpot. I get the Mccormik mix and add some carrots, potatoes and peas.

Are you talking about the meat that kind of looks like ground beef but in a steak shape or the cubes of beef? I used the cubes of beef for beef stew usually. I have never bought the other kind but was looking at it yesterday in the supermarket and had no idea how you would cook that either!

If you are talking about actual cube steak( which is tenderized round steak) it's mostly meant for chicken fried steak. I like the PW's recipe.
