Maltipoo
for those that have them...how big do they get? I'm reading they don't get bigger than 7lbs. That's smaller than my son was when he was born. lol Do they get bigger than that? I was hoping for a little bigger so I don't feel like i can break them.
ETA and if anyone knows is there are any rescue places that have maltipoos that would be helpful!

Re: Maltipoo
Don't know much about maltipoos but I do know of an awesome local rescue group, called Anarchy Animal Rescue. They are based out of Brooklyn and SI. I happen to know one of the girls who runs it and they really are just an amazing group of girls who run this rescue while also working FT jobs. I know they get rescue a lot of small breeds (shih tzus, etc) as well as large dogs as well. Here's a link to their fb page if you want to check them out. Good luck.

Re: Maltipoo
My inlaws have a Malti poo that's 15 pounds. I think it depends on the size of the poodle in the mix.

And my ****-a-poo is only 18lbs...we thought he'd be bigger...again , depends on the poodle size, I think.

I have a maltipoo, he's 7 lbs, he's 5 years old, don't think he's getting any bigger. He didn't start jumping on the couch until he was 3 years old, but he's very playful and not afraid of playing with kids. my son is 3.5 years old.

Re: Maltipoo
I'm guessing that if they mix a maltese with a regular size poodle instead of a mini poodle is when you get a bigger maltipoo

Re: Maltipoo
Totally depends on the poodle they use. Toy, mini or standard. I have a cockapoo and the size for then also varies like crazy
