turkey burgers
I add bbq sauce, frank's hot sauce, salt and pepper, mccormack grill seasoning and sometimes worcester sauce and other spices. I usually brush on more hot sauce as they finish cooking and top with blue cheese dressing!

Re: turkey burgers
They don't go over well in my house, no matter how much I season them.
I've actually started to buy chicken burgers and DH likes them much better.

I made turkey burgers last night with splash of Worcester, a couple of tablespoons of BBQ sauce, garlic powder, s&p. They were yummy!

Re: turkey burgers
I don't cook much but love to make a greek style turkey burger with feta, red onions, black olives (I leave those out for FH's burgers), dill, spinach. Also can add yogurt sauce.

Re: turkey burgers
I always think Im going to like a turkey burger but I NEVER do...I love roaster turkey. I almost bought ground turkey last night to try again and decided to try ground chicken.
still trying to figure out how to prepare it, I think meatballs with a balsamic glaze.
You can prob do the same with the turkey, but add lots of veggies like carrots, peppers for flavor and moisture

This is how I make it minus the BBQ sauce. Worcester gives it so much flavor, I also add Adobo. Also make grilled onions with Worcester and balsamic to put on top of it. The only time DH will eat a Turkey burger, is if I make it.
