Tomorrow I'm preparing two trays of lasagna. One for wed and one for Thursday.
Should I bake them tomorrow and then reheat? Or should I just assemble and refrigerate and bake when I need them?

Funny you ask this. I just ordered a tray for Christmas but I'm picking it up on Christmas Eve and wasn't sure the right way to reheat. I think if you don't cook it right away you run the risk of the ricotta spoiling.

Re: Lasagna
You can prep and then just refrigerate and bake them the day you need them.

I would assemble and then bake day of, those top noodles can get dried out with reheating.

My DH is preparing 2 trays as well one for Tomorrow and the other for Thursday. He is prepping all the stuff and assembling it tonight. One I'm taking to work tomorrow so I will put it in the oven in the morning. The other will go in the oven Thursday morning.

Re: Lasagna
I think it's fine to prep a day or two in advance and then bake.

How are you reheating? I've read a couple of things online. I'm mostly seeing keep it covered tight and 350 for 30 min. I also saw that you can put a couple of tbsp of water on top to keep in moisture.

i saw this too. usually i let it it out for an hour or so to get to room temp then bake it. it is less runny if you cook it ahead of time.

Re: Lasagna
You can spray vegetable oil on aluminum, cover and bake for moisture.

We always bake the day before. This way it sets up and is not runny the next day when you serve. We just add a little more sauce to the top and cover with foil. It has never become too dry.
