Protein Powder?

I have been having a hard time eating. I basically throw up breakfast, am fine with lunch, and then have no desire to eat at dinner despite being hungry. My taste buds are like, No, No, No. Frustrating.

But being a vegetarian, I need protein. I do LOVE shakes, but I feel like I want to add something NOT soy based. So I bought a rice one, totally non gmo, basic. Then there was a warning on the label about there being an ingredient that in California causes birth defects. I was confused because it had rice protein and vanilla flavor. So back it went.

Any recommendations?

I am not sure about Shakeology ingredients... I know Isagenix says its pregnancy approved, dh didn't believe it, had me ask my OB ofice, and they confirmed for me, and told me it was great.

Oye, I'm having the same problem, I'm so nauseous and have no desire to eat protein and get sick anytime I try to force down some chicken (not vegetarian just looking for supplemental protein source). Looked up the Isagenix - is it the IsaLean Shake, which is basically like a meal replacement that you are using? Thanks for the info!
