$40-50/guy.
ETA: We had a big move that took many hours, involved bad elevators, etc. A more simple and quicker move I'd tip $25/guy. Depends on your situation.

we had packers and movers. It was a full two day job. We gave $40 to each assistant and $50 to the leads on each day. There were two guys the first day and three the second day. We also provided lunch and a case of cold water bottles from costco. Something to keep in mind is that their lunch is on the clock for you. So if they leave to go get something to eat that will eat into the time you are paying the movers. If they go over time it will cost you a lot more than the cost of a whole pizza pie.

$50 a guy. All day move. They went above and beyond.

$90 a guy, 12 hour move
Also bought lunch for them
My thought was treat them well in case they find any of my stuff on the truck next day. haha.

Wow! You guys are high tippers. $20 each and bought lunch. I'm glad I didn't give more because they broke quite a few things and tried to cover it up.
