When is bedtime?

dd is 6 years old and ds is 3.5 years old.
I get home at 7pm, so by the time we eat, brush teeth or do bath if it is bath night, kids are in the bed by 8:30, and asleep anywhere between 8:45-9pm.
I read a quick bed time story. my goal is to be on the bed and in jammies at 8:30

eta- that we get our kids up around 7/7:15am. my dd would let her sleep if you let her. she is last to wake up and it is a bit of a struggle to get her awake and out of bed.

When is bedtime?

11 year old, we aim for 9:30 but he often doesn't fall asleep until 10. Teenager, usually she is asleep at 10:30. She gets up at 5am so she is wiped.

DS is 7 and bedtime is 8pm on school nights, 8:30pm on weekends. That doesn't mean he actually falls asleep at those times though. He wakes up around 7am usually.

DD is 8, almost 9 - 3rd grade, bedtime is 8:45-9 pm and she falls asleep within 15 minutes usually. Wakes around 7:30 am on her own. Weekend nights , I am alittle more flexible if something is going on and we are out. She doesnt sleep any later than 8, even on weekends.

DS is 9, 4th grade. He goes to his bed to read at 8:30 / 8:45. He is supposed to stop reading and try to go to sleep at 9:00. It doesn't happen every night. Some days are easier, others he is up until 10:30 trying to go to sleep He wakes up at 7:30.

8:30 for everyone, no matter the age.
