No permits

Has anyone bought a house that was missing permits? Looking at a house without a permit for a shed and a hallway in the house that was added on.

Anyone who went through this advice is welcome.

Tia!

Re: No permits

Our house had a shed when we bought it that was too large for the property. Prior to closing, there was a violation on file from the title company- it had to be removed.
