I make the Americas test kitchen tripple chocolate mousse cake. The bottom layer is a flour less chocolate cake, the middle layer is chocolate mousse, and the top layer is white chocolate mousse. It is an outstanding cake.

I dont celebrate Easter but I think Oreo Truffles are so easy and you can shape them into an egg shape, dip in colored chocolate or white chocolate with some pretty sprinkles
