FSBO websites?

What is a good website to use for homes that aren't listed under realtor.com and that are for sale by owner?

Re: FSBO websites?

There's www.forsalebyowner.com and www.fsbo.com. Also, many owners who don't list with an agent will pay to get on sites like Zillow and Trulia.

But if you are looking for a house to buy, do you think there's a specific advantage to fsbos, or just looking to expand your search? It doesn't cost you anything out of pocket to use a realtor (or buy a listed property). And while in theory, you might think that a fsbo would be more competitively priced as they are not paying an agent, but in my experience, they are often overpriced (and can be difficult to deal with in general).
