Pulled pork question
I want to make pulled pork tomorrow to bring to a friends house. She does happy hour a lot so I want to contribute more then beer The pulled pork I make isn't BBQ, and we usually make tacos with avacado, red onion, cilantro. But that's a pain to do for a big group. I was thinking of getting slider rolls. What else do I serve wth it? A regular cole slaw (which I personally don't like) or maybe a red cabbage slaw? How would I dress it? I usually just do red onion, oil, lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper. Would that be fine with the pulled pork? I'm trying to do this is hassle free as possible.

Re: Pulled pork question
I usually do what you said above (lime, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper)
Or THIS Skinny Taste Slaw
If you want something more then make a Potato Salad or Cucumber Salad

Re: Pulled pork question
I would do a guacamole topping, sort of like the ingredients you usually use. I think that would be yummy! Maybe serve with chips and salsa instead of slaw.
ETA: Was referring to topping for sliders

Pulled pork question
I make a blue cheese close slaw when we do pulled pork because it tastes AMAZING on the sandwiches.
