anything other than zantac for acid reflux?
I get acid reflux almost daily and my doctor told me it was safe to take zantac 75. Well I guess now it seems to not be working anymore and my throat feels like its on fire  is there anything else your doctors said it was ok to take for acid reflux/heartburn?

Ive been on nexium with both my pregnancies and two different OB offices were fine with it

anything other than zantac for acid reflux?
My doctor only wants me to take tums and pepcid ac! I was like the pepcid isn't working and he said did you try taking it twice a day and I said no so he said try that or else they would recommend seeing a GI which I'm not doing! I had it so bad with my son and this pregnancy is following suit!

Zantac didn't work for me - I did prilosec and it helped a lot. They gave me 5mg and said if it got reallybad I could take two pills at once. Or try twice a day.

Pepcid was the only thing that worked for me with my first. This time around, I've only had a few episodes and the Pepcid did the trick.
