Odd Kraupner Experience
hi ladies. I was very active on here for over a year, about 1.5 years ago. My son turns 1 tomorrow and we are working on another FET.
I had the hardest time getting my meds from Aetna, so asked to go back to Kraupner. They called today with the total, and it was higher than anticipated. I paid. Delivered tonight. I went through all the meds, and had someone else's medicine with mine. And I paid for it. I called Krauoner but no one answers this late. I find her name on Facebook and send a message, but it goes to her other folder. I then realize her number is on her prescription.
I call, get her husband and say a I can meet tonight if they need the meds in an emergency. They did last night, and it showed up today. Somehow I got what she was supposed to get last night.
Anyway I caution you to check everything, make sure you got it all, and not anyone else's meds! I have never had an issue with them before.

I have been there with needing meds in an emergency. Worried she would think I was a creeper, but they were nice.

Odd Kraupner Experience
I had a bad experience with them! The driver called me 4 times in 5 minutes because he kept telling me he's sitting in front of my house and that I wasn't home, I kept telling him that I wasn't but my DH was and he insisted that NOBODY was home and that he had one of 2 choices, to leave the medicine on the door step or to in his words "hold my medication hostage". I hung up on him and called the pharmacy and told them this was unacceptable since my DH was home! They finally found where the driver was and he was in a completely different town! The manager of the pharmacy called me back to apologize but I was so upset, how do you tell someone going through all this emotional stress already with infertility that your holding their meds hostage! UGH.. I did complain to my MD's office as well.
