Did 3rd IUI friday...
I did my 3rd IUI friday afternoon, trigger shot was thursday morning. However, b/c my uterus is so tipped back (as the dr. says every time he sees it..) it requires some fancy footwork to get everything to go to the right place. I think my cervix is also in a really weird position b/c of position of the uterus.
in any case, Fridays procedure was awful. I've done this 3 times previously (1 time conceived DS); and the last 2 times were totally fine. Little uncomfy but no biggie.
This time..I dont know if its the HCG making everything hyper sensitive..I could barely walk straight when I left and the cramping I had for hours afterwards was like I was in labor. I spent all of friday afternoon and night on the couch thinking I was dying. I have honestly never been in so much pain before.
Dh paged the dr's emergency line and he called back and spoke to me. I was half coherent so Im not too sure of what his explanation was, but something to do with DH's very high sperm count and he had to use less washing fluid, which was causing the cramping.
Today is much better but all i effing know is that this shit better work b/c I dont think I can put my body through much more of this.

I also had the same experience with the HCG plus IUI. I was always super bloated afterwards. Hopefully this is it for you!

Yes much better. I can walk straight now..lol.
I did read up on what the dr. was trying to explain. apparently if any seminal fluid enters the uterus it will cause severe cramping. So when the dr. said he had to use less washing fluid b/c of the volume, some of the seminal fluid was probably left and made its way up there.
My Dh says I should call him STUD b/c of his very high counts. Im like..if you get me pregnant, then I'll call u STUD.
