Another GHI question..
I think this would be the same for any employer plan under GHI:
If you did IVF with GHI, who was the "provider"? The doctor or the clinic?

We are city of Ny GHI (NYPD) and pretty much every RE I went to accepted it except RMA and Cornell. I went to RS, Palter and SIRM and they all worked with GHI.
