Early intervention meetings

My daughter had her spec Ed services discontinued in late April, but has continued to get speech twice a week. Her 6 month meeting was May 4th. Psych eval was done May 18th and its June 6th and we still don't have a date for her meeting to review psych eval. She will be getting ABA and in passing her speech teacher told me she may not start services until Later in June. I've called her EIOD twice because I'm getting frustrated that while we're waiting for this meeting to be set up she is only getting speech. I feel too much time is going by since spec Ed was discontinued til when ABA should start. Is all this waiting common? I have no idea.

I'm almost possitive EI is 60 continuous days (maximum) from Eval consent to meeting date. CPSE and CSE are 60 school days.
